Osteopathy is beneficial for people of all ages or genders and it is helpful for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including:
- Arthritic Pain
- Muscle Spasm
- Neck Ache
- Fibromyalgia
- Rheumatic Pain
- Backache
- Lumbago

Your first visit to Catford Osteopathy will be approximately one hour long. A full case history will be taken. You will then be asked to dress down to your underwear for some gentle testing and a full assessment. This will enable the osteopath to reach a diagnosis and form an appropriate treatment plan to suit your individual needs.
Follow up treatments are of 30 minutes duration. Your progress is monitored, and holistic treatment will be given. You may be prescribed exercises or hydrotherapy to help with mobility and pain management.
